Holiday Rates: I understand that Patient Empowerment Services Agency will bill at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate for services provided on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve (after 5 pm), New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 5 pm), and Christmas Day. $45.00 hourly.
